CONSTRUCTION AUDITING

J2M Systems specialise in construction project auditing including both internal auditing for construction companies as well as client side auditing of the builder. We are experienced in retail, residential and commercial building as well as large scale infrastructure projects.

Examples of current work include:

Client side monthly audits on two large shopping centre developments in NSW and QLD.
Independent audits on the NorthConnex tunnel project.
Monthly WHS audits for a number of well respected tier 2 builders in retail, commercial and residential construction.

INTERNAL AUDITING

Using a consultant to undertake your internal audit provides and unbiased review of your processes and also frees up your internal resources to work on other tasks. We can provide regular internal auditing to meet ISO9001, ISO14001, AS4801 and ISO45001. We can use your auditing tools and templates or our own.

By implementing a regular internal audit program you not only get better visibility of quality, safety and environmental aspects of your business. But, it is also an excellent training tool as we explain the requirements to your staff and teach them how to comply as we audit.
